Battlefield 1942 for Mac?

Hey! All my mates on server that i play, gone to new free version and new server I tried to download it, but all i can get is Origin exe file :/  Ehh... Thanks a lot, but Im a Mac user. r u going ...

Unfortunately Battlefield 1942 is not available for Mac. For some reason, DICE labeled the game as being for Mac. However, the download on Origin is only for Windows. There will probably never be a Mac version of Battlefield 1942, as updates to the game ceased long ago. It is only available on Windows unless you obtain a disc copy and/or use a program such as crossover.

    It really sucks how EA, a huge company, can't make a simple port, i just want to play 1942
