[Battlefield 1943] Battlefield 1943 online issue

There's no battlefield 1943 product to select obviously. I just recently perchased this game for $15 and it won't let me sign in to play online. It says I have to have an ea online account which I do...

Hummm. We were able to download 1943 three days ago, but can play. It's says connecting but never connects. This whole EA crap sounds like a bunch of crap. Does anything work right.??
