Battlefield 2 Complete Collection activating in Origin

I have the CD Key from the BF2 CC  and I want to activate this in origin. 

So I have to ask a staff member of origin.

But I wait everytime 2 hours and nobody from them are free.... just saying there stands "queue under 5 minutes"...
