Hardline Connection problem

Dear EA Support,

I am contacting you because I am experiencing a specific issue with Battlefield Hardline on PlayStation Network. My PSN account can normally access online multiplayer servers in other EA games like Battlefield 6, Battlefield 4 and NFS Heat but it is unable to connect to the online multiplayer servers of Battlefield Hardline. The issue appears to be limited exclusively to this title. I have already tried the following solutions without success:

Restarting the console

Checking the internet connection

Signing out and back into PSN

Restarting the game

I am receiving connection error message, or the game simply fails to connect to the multiplayer servers. I would appreciate it if you could check whether there are any issues related to my EA account or its link to my PSN account, or whether the Battlefield Hardline multiplayer service is still active and functioning. Thank you for your assistance.
