[Battlefield 2142] 2142 not running on Win 7 64 Bit.

Hi,

First, i really love BF 2142,it is really amazing. My system is win 7 ultimate 64 bit, 3 GB Ram, Ati Mobility Radeon HD 3470 VGA.. When i have Win XP on my system,i could run this game but in Windows 7, not! Please help me
