I just purchased Battlefield 2142 Deluxe through Origin's 50% off deal. When I try to login, it asks for my EA Account name. I entered my EA Account name and password and the response is "no account found with specified name". So I attempt to "Retrieve Details" and i was able to get an account name that i must have used when playing the demo back when the game originally came out. I attempt to retrieve the password and i get "Too many password recoveries. please contact EA support..." So how do I contact EA support?

this is a crock of Sh!T there is no way to contact anyone it just runs you in circles,,, I bought the game on cd in 2008 and now I cant login or retrive account details

You need to use a legacy EA account.

Same thing cant play even made new email and new user name just cant play. i have bought also from store dvd. I tried to use right passwords and no use if try to register width new account im getting answer sorry allready registered width different email and width different username they wroted to me my usernames in game but still no use if im trying password recovery they are sending to not working email. I just dont know what to do! I have explained so many times and there no use.

so can i since i have my username called kelster012 and i entered my password it takes a while and all of the sudden and it say " cannot connect to EA master server retry to proceed or click OK to go in offline mode" and when i pressed ok it didnt work

Gamespy shut down the original master server so you cannot log in that way..
We have a community fix up and running that has been up for over a year.. Goto Battlefield2142.co for all the information to play.. We have 10-30 in game daily...
We also have tech support available on the Dethklok community teamspeak. Information is on that page..

You will have to go to Pogo log in and establish a name and log in through Pogo in order to log in in Origin. It is considered a 'legacy' [read old] game that is only supported by Pogo.

the good news is Pogo games is linked to Origin.

You will need to install all the files and the game fix, create a soldier, etc... All the info is there...

Hi all

Just finished a full install of my BF 2 and BF2142.

Installed all the patches and expansion packs for both games.

Contacted EA via online support chat and they linked them to my Origin account for me.

still can not login to games keep getting can not contact EA servers.

Went to Pogo created my account,

it sent the account details to my old email account,

cant remember the Email address I used when I last updated

my EA account details four years ago, old Email account is no longer available.

can some one please tell me what I do now lol ?

I would like to be able to access the multiplayer side of the games if that is at all possible,

bots are boring and they keep killing me with grenades and so forth lol.

In the past, some machines of the lan house that I worked get the same problem, so I go to profile files inside game data folders and edit it to log always in one account for each machine, and the game worked normally.

I miss that time, me and some friends passed a lot of good nights playing BF2142...

Any way you can go back to Pogo and change the email account? Call EA by phone and explain the deal, they're easy to work with. I've called a bunch of times til I got someone the best way is to go to their link and have them call you. In fact it took a phone call for me to set up my BF2142 on Pogo to get it all straight a few yrs back.
