Battlefield 2142 EA Master Server down!!

Hello, When trying to play BF2142, it says "EA Master Server" down when attempting to connect. Why is this happening???? Cal

So that happened last year. What about now? I've heard EA is replacing its servers, but a lot of BS is around too...
