Battlefield 3 - Missing Pass and Manual

I bought a copy of your Battlefield 3 for xbox 360 from Game and it didnt contain a copy of  the Manual or Pass so I thought it would be nothing and took it back for a new copy as the game was incomplete, to find that the new one I'd got also was missing the manual and online pass, I think its my day and Game can't help me because They're out of stock!! ( which proves its a good game!) I'm not so bothered about having a manual Im sure i can figure out the controls! Can't be that hard,  but I cant access the online which really is an annoyance, I think the games were sent to Game incomplete or its been tampered with somehow! can you please tell me how I can aquire a pass with out spending another £30-£40 on another game or buying a pass from the xbox live marketplace, as I dont see why I should pay a little extra for content others would get with the game,
