Battlefield 3 -no product key recognized

I wanted to go back and play Battlefield 3 & 4 like I used to with my sons.  Everything is still on local computer including username/password info.  EA says I own everything, but when the game goes to launch, it can't fine the product code.  It asks for the code and when I go to enter, it errors out and states that computer is offline, but it obviously is, Battlelog has already loaded.  I haven't played in years, I've spent 2 days updating EA/Origen to most recent versions.  Cleared my cache and Uninstalled everything and completed clean downloads to no avail.  Any help would be appreciated.
