Hi, why i dont have in battlefield limited edition the Back to Karkand?

But i have last update. I can `t play Back to Karkand, but i have Limited Edition. What do i do? And on my Maile no letter confirming Back to karkand . Where can I go for help?
Have you deleted any files recently? Do you get any specific error message when trying to joing a B2K game or do you just not see any B2K games? If you're not finding any B2K games open your server browser filter and ensure that ll B2K maps are checked as well as any game modes that you wish to see.

I can't join B2K game. Because i haven't B2K in my Limited Edition. I have Limitet Edition and haven't B2K in it. I need promo code to activation B2K. Where i should take it?

Back2Karkand is included in your Online Pass to Battlefield 3 Limited Edition. When you enter the online pass from that copy you also get Back2Karkand. Once you have the online pass redeemed you need to download the first multiplayer update to Battlefield 3. Back2Karkand should now be active and you can play launch it from the multiplayer server browser.

B2K no Here. I don't redeemed the online pass, but i havent it. Where should I take it? I have Battlefield 3 Limited edition.
