Battlefield 3 Battlelog Problem (PC)

so i had battlefield 3 on my laptop and it worked fine. i rebooted my laptop and i downloaded the game again and when i join a server the game launches but after a few seconds it crashes saying the programm is not starting properly because of a problem... HELP
