Battlefield 3 Black Screen on Fullscreen

Hi, just as simple as the the title, my game only works on windowed mode, when I change it to Fullscreen I see nothing and I hear the sounds of the game like it's working fine..

This game was completely working fine on my PC last year, when I reinstalled it, I found this issue.. So I guess it's because of my video card version which is updated to the last version

My video card is : AMD Radeon HD 7450M

    Thank you,

    I figured out the solution, I've turned on the vertical sync and it's working fine now

    Hello @Seif_Negm00

    Try the following:

    1. Make Repair game via Origin client
    2. Try to delete config file of game (My Documents>>Battlefield 3>>Settings there you will need to delete PROFSAVE_profile file)
    3. Try to reinstall driver for your graphics card  or install another version of driver. (Don't forget to reboot your PC)
