This is what I am telling you.

It says that there are no advisors at the moment. And it has been showing this for 2 days now

Click on live chat it will pop up a new window .. ignore that message i just tried and it was showing me 8 minutes waiting time ..

Ignore that no advisors at the moment message and click on the Live chat ..
