Battlefield 3 gun problem

MY MP443 will not stay unlock I can't figure it out and ea has help me unlock it once before but now is locked again and it won't stay unlocked it keeps locking again and again H day I get back online and then it unlocks and it locks again I don't know what else to do and it's making me really really really mad not only that something is a bug or something in operation metro because every time I play at my game freezes and I lose everything my whole consul freezes and it's only that map

    I looked at your Battlelog profile and you've got 15 kills with the MP443. Both the MP443 and the M-9 are faction weapons until you get one service star with each weapon, then after that the weapon is unlocked for use while both sides. Until you get a service star with the MP443 you will only be able to use it while playing the Russian faction.
