I believe you. The only thing that I can recommend is to contact an EA advisor. The EA advisor should be able to help you.

@danisoff How long does an EA advisor usually get back to someone? I'd hate to push this any further if it's not an issue they deal with.
If you use the chat option it would take maybe 2 minutes, if you use the email option it could take days.
