Hello there aombigsmoke!
Make sure your hard drive isn't full otherwise achievements can't be unlocked and they will be buggy in the future. If your hard drive is full i recommend you to recover your gamertag, reinstall Battlefield 3 Aftermath and the achievement will be unlocked.
Make sure to have enough space before doing this.
