Battlefield 3 is no more !?!?

So i think my account has been hacked or something like that. Aprox 1 year ago I got BF3 Medal of honor 2010 on my account, after one year of non playing Origin Games I want to play some BF3 aaaand... guess what there is no games in my account ??? ☹️ I try many accounts I have but non of them has any game in it. So please EA GAMES , ORIGIN or.. whatever you are ? please help me to get back at least BF3 I can prove you my original CD-KEY ordered from a site with games trough SMS pay method!

 Another thing when I try to put my BF3 Cd key in origin account it says that Would you like to place BF3  on  GAMEL0VER@YANDEX.RU ????? I don't even has that type of account and I am not Russian  I am Roamanian !
