12 years agoWell, the account you posted with does not have Battlefield 3 on it so the error message would be expected. Maybe there was a seperate account created with the game attached to it?
If you are unable to locate your second account or if you would like to change any account details, please contact a Game Advisor at https://help.ea.com/contact-us for assistance. By providing them with your product code they will be able to locate your other account.
