Are you trying to download B2K via the in game BF3 store or via the Xbox live store interface?  Try the in game store if you haven't and it should be free, because as another poster said it's the limited edition online pass code that makes B2K free.

    I already have the Physical warfare pack and am using the weapons online it was the B2K I am confused about and I have tried in the battlefield store and xbox live marketplace, both said it would cost me 1200 MSP :S
