Battlefield 3 Limited Edition issues

I purchased the BF3 LE a little while back, the online pass works just fine except for one thing....I do not have access to Back to Karkand as advertised on the games case.  I called EA and they said it was something to do with how the code was transmited on Sony's end.  I just got out of chat with Sony and they said it is on EA's end (I was told they dont offer game support...even when the download came from them).

 So am I just out of luck?  The EA rep said there was nothing he could do, and Sony flat out refused to do anything.

The game also locks up when trying to play Co-Op missions.  I get a black screen...the splash screen...and then lock up.  I have to restart the system.  Could it be just my copy is full of bugs?

I have tried everything.  I deleted the game save data from my system, reinstalled all the patches (took forever)....I don't know what else to do.  This issue has kept me from purchasing a Premium Account...because I simply dont trust either company now.
