Battlefield 3 mouse issues

So im having a couple issues with BF3, Ive been trying to load the game and when i load in my Character doesn't respond to my mouse movements but in the in game menu my mouse works fine, since it was a fresh install i tried restarting and it seemed to fix the issue but as im playing the mouse would not stay in game (duel monitor setup) and as i will be playing it will click outside the game and minimize it, when this happened i used the repair function in the Origin launcher, now im back at square one with my mouse inputs not being read by my character and my mouse wont lock in game so i can click out of the screen and it minimizes. Any thoughts on what i could do to remedy this?
