Battlefield 3 multiplayer + EA Support doesnt work

Hey guys Many people have issues with BF3 being stuck on joining the server. Well ... Battlelog doesnt let me to get even there. NO matter which browser I use, I cannot click on anything ins...

Why EA support keep ignoring it??? Tried multiple different browsers, reinstalling everything and still no luck! Hellooo, anyone from support?
