Battlefield 3 no sound at all

Hi, lately I have this problem where I have no sound at all in bf3, in all my other games I do have sound, bf4, bfh, watch dogs etc etc.

This really annoys me since bf3 is my favorite game I have.

I tried the following things:

-Reïnstalling the game

-Repairing the game

-Check the volume mixer

-Check the audio settings in bf3 it self

This is an old game yes but i would really appreciate it if someone could help me fix this problem.

    Hello

    Check for updates your Windows.

    Reinstall the driver for your sound card.

    It is also possible that there are problems in the equipment. Try other equipment. (Headphones or speakers)

    I forgot to mention I use headphones.

    I will try your solutions and after that I will tell if it wokred or not, I do have sound in other games so I am not sure if it has to do with the sound card things but I will still try it.

    And it are USB headphones so they have their own drivers, but I found an update for the system and my headset

    Okay, it may be solved but there is something weird...again, there is sound but I have to put the volume up at like 30-40 to hear something.

    The volume in the mixer is just as high as my headphones, in the audio settings it is up to 100%

    Have any solutions?

    Okay 😕mileyhappy:

    Try to reinstall a game and try to remove cfg file. Go to My Documents--folder Battlefield 3 and remove a folder. After, I advise you reboot your PC.
