Battlefield 3 on PC lagging and very low fps, even on single player

First of all, my specs are: Core i7-4500U, 8 GB RAM, GeForce GT 750M (driver version 347.09), Windows 8.1.
I've been playing Battlefield 3 on this PC for a while, i have 45 hours of gameplay and never had an issue like this. But now i can't play, the FPS is too low, there is too much lag, even on single player. I've already tried to reinstall the game, set it to run with the graphic card, close every process that wasn't necessary, tried different settings (i used to play on mid to high settings, now even on low it wont work). No matter the resolution or graphics settings, the problem is always the same.
Did you experienced this before? How can i solve this problem?

Thank you so much. I had this same issue and disabling the "Origin in game" box fixed the issue for me. Playing the game on Ultra settings now and the game is smooth as butter.
