Battlefield 3 on Xbox 360 freezing over and over and over and over again

I am a huge fan of the Battlefield franchise and I've spent thousands of hours playing since Battlefield Bad Company released, but I am nearing the end of my patience with Battlefield 3 freezing on me constantly. 3 of my last 5 games have locked up and to be quite honest, this is pure and utter BS. I shelled out $60 for the game. I shelled out for Premium. I've paid for a custom server 3 times now. I have way to much money invested in this one game to not be able to play it. My Battlelog is riddled with DNF on game after game. If there is not a solution that will allow me to play, then I feel that it's only fair that I be reimbursed for at least my latest Rented Server and then I will part ways with the Battlefield Franchise.
