Battlefield 3 online pass

Hi, i recently buyed a used version of BF3 in my game store. I finished the SP campaign and now im trying to play online. But whenever i try to press the multiplayer button it says that: My gamer pro...

You need to download the Online Pass from your Xbox Live store. Please head over to the store and the specific Battlefield 3 page, look out for the Battlefield 3 Online Pass or use the search function. The download should be for free and will grant you the entitlement for online gameplay.

Forgot to mention that my battle feed says Account not activated and You are offline.

ps.Everything i select(multiplayer,coop,my soldier) says Your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to acces Xbox LIVE functionality.
