ref: ticket 166733077. The support told me to uninstallal the game and reinstall it because of one problem. I have bf3 in italian.
I unistalled the game BUT there is only russian language available for download. So, thanks to the "support" I have no more the game.

I reported the problem a long time ago, but today we are still at the point of "report it on the public forum".

I have the dvd italian version since 2011, I purchased it from “gamestop”.And no, I can’t install it again from the dvd because origin is mandatory to install the game. But now we have “ea app”. The version of origin inside the dvd is evidently too old to be updated, because the update process fails every time. And yes, I have reinstalled whole os “just in case”. No luck.

n.b. "Under investigation. Accepting as solution for visibility purposes only."- @00qualcuno00 I suspect that the issue with the language is due to your game actually being the Russian version rather than Italian or EU.
EA Help may be able to check this, so you could open a new case and ask them see if they can confirm.
As the guide below states, "Some games also have different versions that are specific to certain languages. For example, FIFA has an edition that includes English, Japanese, and Korean. A “Rest of World” edition is also available, and features a different set of languages. If you've accidentally bought a language-specific version of a game, contact us so we can help. Heads-up: Games may not be available in all languages".
