Battlefield 3 only in Russian langauge

@00qualcuno00 I suspect that the issue with the language is due to your game actually being the Russian version rather than Italian or EU.
EA Help may be able to check this, so you could open a new case and ask them see if they can confirm.
As the guide below states, "Some games also have different versions that are specific to certain languages. For example, FIFA has an edition that includes English, Japanese, and Korean. A “Rest of World” edition is also available, and features a different set of languages. If you've accidentally bought a language-specific version of a game, contact us so we can help. Heads-up: Games may not be available in all languages".

Seems like you are still not getting the problem here. I used to play this game on Origin without any issues whereas ever since the EA App has been introduced I am also not able to play the game because of only single language selection while downloading the game. If you look into the screenshot, you can see there is only Russian language and while clicking on the change button you will see only Russian selection. That is the main problem here.
