If you bought the boxed Premium version, there must be a code paper in the box. If you bought the digital version, the online retailer should send you the code via e-mail. Where did you bought your Premium and have you already contacted your retailer?

I also purchased this game at Base.com. this was fully shrink wrapped and the green certificate sticker was untouched on the side of the case. I thought maybe the game doesnt use codes and installe dit onto the hdd but it asks me to pay for the premium.
I emailed Base.com and got a replacement sent out believing this to be a one off issue but the replacement that was sent also didnt have the code leaflet. Im a little miffed byt this and now its going to cost me £6.40 in total just to send this second (First included) package back for a refund.
I also video recorded me opening the case (its jerky on a camera phone and i miss pressed the button and had to re-record) but i wanted to make sure that this isnt just a one off issue. now i see this gentleman has had the same problem, it looks like a lot of Base.com copies have no codes.
EA which is the best course of action, as i have the ps3 version with all but one of the DLC and would like to get it on the xbox 360 now
