BATTLEFIELD 3 Premium Edition PS3 (BLUS 31068) 1.09 UPDATE won't install

I'm from Brazil and I bought BATTLEFIELD 3 Premium Edition PS3 (BLUS 31068) last week, when I play it asked to update to 1.09 version, after several attempts with errors(80710723 / 800233EF), download the update and when it was installed, with 14% appeared the following error (80029564) I've tried everything and nothing game update. Please solve this for me! several other people are having the same problem. it seems that the update for the game (BLUS30762) and not (BLUS 31068) which is the versio what I bought. Please how to update my game?
