Battlefield 3 Premium guns lost

There are no premium weapons in BF3 so I'll assume that you are speaking about the weapons from the expansion pack assignments.  What you need to do is go into your purchase\download history and re-download your online pass, your premium file, and any other DLC like dog tag bundles, expansion packs and so on.  Once this is complete you will have acess to all of your Premium assignments and expansion pack weapons. 

Be advised that if you delete and expansion pack you lose access to the weapons from the expansion packs on that local machine until the expansion is reinstalled. 

If you tell me on which plaform you are playing BF3 I can give you a step by step on how to re-download your items.

xbox 360, ive dowloaded premium and all the map games but i cant get the guns.

If this is your battlelog profile:  http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/soldier/Boofhead35/weapons/334589017/xbox/ then you should definitely have access to the expansion weapons except for te L85A2 which you haven't earned yet.  Also I see that you don't have the physical warfare pack, that is a free download on the Xbox Live Marketplace that gives you acces to the Type 88 LMG and some additional items for the SKS and DAO12.  One more question, can you join matches on the expansions since losing access to the expansion weapons?

Since you should have access to the weapons but don't I recommend that you re-download the expansions in case they've been corrupted during an update which happens frequently.  To do this you will have to go to your purchase download history, since you're on your computer it's easiest to log into the Xbox Live site at http://www.xbox.com/en-US/ and then go to "My Account" and then "Purchase History" and then scroll down until you see your online pass, your premium file, and the expansion packs and click "Add to Queue" and then the next time you log into your Xbox your queued items will automatically download to your Xbox.

After all 5 expansions completely download (this could take a while since each expansion is about 2 GB) start BF3.  At the main menu you will receive a series of pop ups stating that you now have each expansion.  Now from the main menu go to multiplayer, open server browser and then open the server browser filter by clicking R3 and check all new maps and game modes or you won't find any games on the new expansions.

I downloaded the physical warfare pack. Yes i am able to play on all of the expansion maps but i still have no access to my premium weapons.

You've done everything correctly by re-downloading everything to your new Xbox, the only other thing that it may be happening is that you may need to do the console license transfer function on your Xbox.  If the license transfer doesn't work you'll need to speak with a Game Advisor who may be able to help: EA customer support:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us

Ive had the same problem, I cannot use the AUG, The L86a2 or whatever it is, or anything ive earnt through that. I wouldnt have a clue where the download history ius but ive bought a brand new xbox because my old was corrupt. Ive downloaded each and every little thing yet, no guns back?

Make sure that your premium file was also re-downloaded or you won't have access to anything that is a premium benefit.  Here is your download history:
