Battlefield 3 Premium Missing Content

Question

Hi, I wanted to play Battlefield 3 again after a long break. I downloaded the game, but I cannot connect to the premium maps; it gives a 'missing content' error as shown in the picture I uploaded. When I join a non-premium server, I cannot use my premium weapons and the premium knife. I am playing the game on EA App for PC; the app shows that I own the premium content, and I appear as a premium member on Battlelog, but I cannot access the premium content inside the game. I contacted EA Support, but they said they couldn't do anything because it's an old game. I previously purchased the game on Origin as BF3 + Premium membership.

Is there anyone who can help with a solution?

Try reinstalling your game and launch it directly inside of the EA app MadTracks​.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game a few times, but nothing changed. When I launch the game through the EA App, it redirects me to Battlelog, and the same issue happens again.

By any chance, does this issue happen in any other game you own on the EA app?

No, it only happened in Battlefield 3; when I tried Battlefield 4 and 1, there was no problem.
