I uninstalled and reinstalled the game a few times, but nothing changed. When I launch the game through the EA App, it redirects me to Battlelog, and the same issue happens again.
By any chance, does this issue happen in any other game you own on the EA app?
No, it only happened in Battlefield 3; when I tried Battlefield 4 and 1, there was no problem.
In that case your only option is to start a new chat with EA support MadTracks. The issue is account related and nobody here on the EA forums can assist you with account related issues.
