thank you frozusa. it does not specify that. you should look into changing that. so it says pc only. (its in your deals section not in your pc only section.) you can buy xbox and ps3 physical copies through origin. I just assumed you would be able to buy upgrade codes for all platforms here as well. I was only interested due to the price.

Am I able to get a refund because it was not specific on which platform it was availble for.

Please contact Live Support.

Click this link https://help.ea.com/contact-us?product=battlefield-3 and select Billing/Purchasing from Category then select Platform.

You should see a button at the bottom of the page called LIVE CHAT.

If you live within the US/Canada you will have an option to CALL.

They should be able to issue you a refund!
