Hello @Rannockh,
On Wednesday, July 31st the following titles will be removed from digital storefronts and you will no longer be able to purchase them and all extra related content such as DLC.
Battlefield 3 (Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3)
Battlefield 4 (Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3)
Battlefield: Hardline (Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3)
Online services for these titles on these platforms will end on November 7th, 2024. While the online components of these titles close for these platforms, if you own the game, you will still be able to play the single-player component.
Please note: Battlefield 3 will still be available for play on PC. Battlefield 4, and Battlefield: Hardline will still be available for play on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. The announcement today does not affect these titles and platforms.
If you'd like to learn more about the sunsetting process you can refer to the FAQ here, or check out our delisting page here.
If you have any questions about these titles on older platforms head on over to EA Help.
I would advise you to contact EA help for assistance with the specific issue. The post above is just a warning since many players are not aware what is happening, it's an official EA statement. Also, this is a forum for Battlefield V, not Battlefield 3.
Thank you for your understanding!
Best regards,
danisoff

Hi @Rannockh It could be due to BF3 and all DLC now being removed for storefronts in preparation for the multiplayer being shut down (N.B. I don't know this for definite and could be wrong):

However, as if you have the Premium version of the game it could be worth contacting EA Help or Sony support in case they can help. Since multiplayer stops next month, though, it may mean you wouldn't be able to enjoy it for long if it was resolved, since it's multiplayer content.
