This issue now seems to be fully fixed as stats are showing up again. If you still have further issues with stats then please contact support for more help on this.
Happened today to me too. Everything wiped.
Sometimes in Battlelog it shows as a new, 0 stats soldier, sometimes it shows my original stats, but in-game I'm always lvl 0.

My stats were also reset. Please, Support, and set them back to where they were before!
