This issue now seems to be fully fixed as stats are showing up again. If you still have further issues with stats then please contact support for more help on this.
Hello dear EA! Today i was playing battlefield 3 on a server and after i exit and changed to another server my weapons and gudgets disappeared and i became from lvl 23 to lvl 0. I have premium and i'm playing on pc...i read that a premium users can reset their stats to lvl 0 but i didn't do that. If you can help me i would really appreciate that cause i enjoyed the game a lot. Please reply...Thanks!
Yeah.. same here. The only difference is, on battlelog, all my stats and weapons are there. So I customize my class there, apply it, and when I enter ANY server, i'm level one and my weapons are all gone.. Why? 😕mileysad:

Mee too from lvl7 :D to 0 but i want my stats back pls EA !
