Battlefield 3 stats reset without resetting.

After a game i finished i stoped playing and went back on and my stats were reset is there a way to fix this?

    This issue now seems to be fully fixed as stats are showing up again. If you still have further issues with stats then please contact support for more help on this.

i haven't played BF3 in a year or so then when i came back i lost my rank, it's really low now and some weapons and things not unlocked so i gotta do it all again. I can't contact support as they don't provide an email address and the chat pop up window doesn't work on my browser, if EA support reading pls could u have a look and put it right again.
