Battlefield 3 Veteran Statue And M1911 Problem

I have Battlefield Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 4 in my Origin account but I don't have Veteran Statue in Battlefield 3 so I can't use M1911 pistol in game.What can I do about this ?

    @Jetk28 You have to play at least one round of multiplayer in those games for the veteran status to sync up. If you've done that and it's still not triggering the veteran status you'll need to contact EA customer support: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

@Aloisdidnothing I tried this but they said "Our team will send you a mail please stand by and check your email it can be resolve your problem." and nobody send me email :D I think will try once more, if they refuse i don't try anymore :P
