battlefield 3 xbox 360 disc wont load on Xbox one

Hi  wondering if anyone has this problem. I thought they made B3 compatible with XBOX one. thanks its the single player disc I'm trying to load

    Any chance the disc itself can be damaged? Can you test it with Xbox 360? And help from all other users is really appreciated.

Try connecting to Xbox Live if you haven't already. Mine works when I'm connected (you may have to connect your console with the game in the drive, turn the console off and then back on). If this works and you want to go offline but still play the game just load into the main menu and then disconnect your internet. Your Xbox should recognize the save data on your account and therefore grant you access to the game. If that doesnt work, IDK what to tell you. P. S.-USE THE MULTIPLAYER DISK FOR CAMPAIGN TOO
