Battlefield 3

Hello. Im buy battlefield 3 around 7 months ago but i want to play now. And i have a problem. My brother registered this bf3 with his date birthday and he not have 18 years old and i can't play game because battlelog user must have 18 years old. Sorry for my bad english but im from Poland. Please help i want play some Battlefield 3 😉
