Battlefield 4™ Recon Shortcut Kit

i bought the recon shortcut kit to unlock all the mods for the recon class as i already had all the guns but wanted the attachments unlocking and i havent got the attachments why? it clearly says guns and attachments

Because weapon attachments are not covered by the shortcut kits, only classed based progression weapons and equipment. (gadgets). You can see that there is no mention of weapon attachements being unlocked in the Origin advert or in the Xbox advert.
