Key Update: We're aware of the current issues displaying your progress as reset. This is a database synchronisation issue, we have your progress, stats, and unlocks saved and are working to restore them to the live servers ASAP. Updates to follow.
Edit: We have resolved the issues found this morning with player profiles. Everyone's progress and stats have now been restored, and combined with any gameplay that was done during the maintenance period.
Final Update: We're now complete with maintenance.
Our apologies for the extension and disruption today - everything's now back to normal and up to date. You can hop back on and PTFO.
Hi Folks,
Over the next few hours we'll be performing some backend maintenance on Battlefield 4 that will result in short periods of downtime for each platform (anticipated at around 30 minutes).
I'll keep this thread updated with any relevant information, and will remove it once the work has been completed.
