recently, 2 days ago I try to reset my stats. As I see and I was told from customer support, stats will be reset after 20 rounds. Its 2 days, I played more than 20 rounds and stast stay as before. Today I contacted support, and I was told there is a bug. Can you fix it please ? Also, small suggestion, check your data in you system. I was told that I am not a premium user. Yes I am.

The problem may lay within the Origin Client or your Browser you you be kind enough for you to list your browser,so i may assist you better.
From my experience the Game stats are
If you were requesting a full stats reset like Level / Progression That is very unlikely you would have to start a new account for that.

What is The Brower you are using for Battlefield ?
have you tried using fire fox to notice a difference ?
Ok from what i saw on your profile on battle log your stats were not reset why are you specifically resetting them ?
i'm a premium member giving me access to a stats reset for My soldiers by going to Change soldier
(hover your mouse over in the right top corner where you see your Name,Notification Flag,Mission Notifaction,And battle reports)
and see if you have a reset option.

I just looked at your Profile and your stats were reset. I can say this because your main screen shows and SPM of 480, and this is the screen that would be reset when you use the stat reset function (there is no COD or Hardline like Prestige system to reset to level 0 and wipe all progress), and your permanent global stat page shows your SPM of 394. If you never successfully reset your stats these numbers would be the same.
