Battlefield 4 asking for permissions and does not start

Hi i am using the EA app and BF4 when i start it pops up with a box (attached image) asking for admin priviledges.   i have followed various problem solving methods and cannot solve this Windows UA...

Is there more profiles/accounts on that PC you play on?

Are you the admin on this PC?

Maybe  try to start EA app and/or game app as admin to see if there is a difference.
