Battlefield 4 battelog premium problems

So I bought premium a few days ago and when I check on Battelog it doesn't let me check out the Phantom Assignment because on Battelog it doesn't show me having Premium when I do have it,I have all the features on Xbox 360 though, like the expansion packs,events,battlepacks, and etc.All I wanna do is the Phantom assignment :'(.
