Battlefield 4 battlelog and premium not working please help

I bought battlefield 4 when it came out and until recently i have noticed a problem. Whenever i load up my battlelog there is an error and multiple have occured since. When night operations were released i downloaded them, but i could never play them since i apparently didnt have them downloaded. But now im annoyed. I spent money on premium to get all the dlc's and its still not letting me play them. I try opening the store and it never loads. Its got to the point where i cannot play the game, knowing that i paid for something i never got. Nobody else has had this problem since it isnt on the FAQ forums. I desperately need help.

    I have had a similar problem with battlefield saying maps are not downloaded. I managed to fix this by uninstalling and then reinstalling the maps. If that doesn't work try uninstalling everything and trying again it may take a while so it's up to you if it's worth it. As for the in-game battlelog it has had many issues from the start but mainly has to do with internet connection.

    I will try that, my battlelog has been fixed now, however they are still working on the problem, i will try uninstalling and reinstalling the dlc's, thanks for the help.

    Ok i did redownload the dlc's but i can still not access the store, this is what comes up and it spins forever
