I have A fix that I came up with and it worked! Pass the ammo (news) to everyone please, call it the Desperado Fix until EA desides to update. After you select a server and click join server, pay attention to you taskbar and as soon as you see the BF4 icon appear, click it! and boom! Worked for me and I hope it works for all.

Nope. mine cant be fixed with it as game shutdown when window of error appears
Directx error fixxed now but after this i come to screen "Saving" and after this bf4 is closing from alone.Dunno how to fix it , help me please.

To those of you who are recieveing the DirectX function error when joining the game (http://gyazo.com/0062baf5c1a12b41da613d5dd59e1399) try this.
It appears in battlefield 4 folder in my documents there should be a 'settings' folder with 4 files in. This did not exist for me.
After stealing a friends folder and putting it there it worked!

extract them and put them in your battlefield 4 folder in MY DOCUMENTS
It should look like
My Documents / Battlefield 4 / settings

I tried your way and the game gets to the saving screen and them stops.
It closes by itself and i get a message saying "game disconnected something went wrong."
