I had the same issue like everyone else here.
I tried updating Windows using "Windows Update" Fixed the problem and now it's running smoothly
try posting it for everyone
I hade the same problem and I did what you said and now I can join fine but every person including myself is invisible. Please tell me the origenal settings from your PROFSAVE_ profile. I play on high settings with a GTX760. And that runs like a boss!

This worked for me. Go into your machine's services (Control Panel --> System and Security --> Administrative Tools --> View Local Services) or for most of us using Win7, just search above your start/windows button for "services", and stop the SSDP Discovery service. When you do, you'll likely get the message that the UPnP Device Host will also stop. Click ok, and see if it works for you. I do this without any adverse effects...at least none while in game.
Good luck.

My config:
- ASUS P5Q-Pro
- Windows 7 64bits (system fully updated with SP1, no firewall, no antivirus)
- Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3 GHz
- 4 Go RAM
- GTX 560 Ti (last beta drivers)The problem:
Still got the loading problem with NO error in Windows logs.
The fact is the map is loading correctly and then (at the end of the loading) my screen freeze and the CPU is going 100%. If i try a return Desktop and come back to the game, the game windows is white and i have to kill the process to exit the game. What i tried:
I have tried to update PB, turned off my firewall, and restarted my computer. I have also tried to repair install. PB and game say they are up to date and have no issues.
Hope it will helps Logging in as spectator first totally worked for me also.
