I am a Battlefield 3 Premium Member (BF3 Premium edition, not purchased off of marketplace) and also have the Limited Edition of Medal of Honor Warfighter and have been invited to the Battlefield 4 Beta. I can find where to download it, and when i select the 'Battlefield 4 Exculsive Beta" and select the purchase button, the window that opens to allow me to download the item keeps crashing. does anyone else have this problem? and if so how can I fix this??

Log back into your account by pressing the Xbox key- Close the Xbox Guide window by pressing B after you've logged back in and you should still see the Battlefield 4 Exclusive Beta tile, select it now and it should start the downloadPlease let us know if that works.

Hello mate I have the battlefield 3 premium edition also purchased as a hard copy but cannot find where to download the beta from . As you can find it where abouts on the dashboard is it so I can try and download it cheers

I'm having the exact same problem, all last night was looking for where to down load it, then today after work the tile appeared on my xbox home screen, but when I press a to download it just disappears!! Sounds like it's not just me having this prob.... Ideas anyone?

Same exact issue here. The tile says 'purchase', though has a -1 for the value (minus one $?) and then backs out. I'm in Australia, so maybe that has something to do with it. Thing is, when I sign out of my account that should have access from the MOH LTD, the same tile shows up for other accounts.Come on EA, your exclusive beta is an insult if you can't deliver it. Unacceptable when you sold a product that included the BF4 Beta as a part of the purchase.

Yeah I did it didn't work it just took me to the purchase (-1) page again. I have contacted both EA and Xbox support and neither have been much help. I am pretty disappointed as it doesnt look like I am going to be able to download this beta until the open beta comes out :/

My xbox 360 doesn't let me change my locale! When I go into settings then time and locale, locale is greyed out! What do i do? I am so pissed off at EA for not fixing these things earlier. It's almost pointless now because the open beta is out tomorrow anyway. But if anyone can help with my problem so I can get a couple of hours gameplay before the flood of people that would be great.

yeah. people are having lag issues now in the closed beta. the open beta is going to be a cluster**bleep**.

- Go to the Games tab, you should see "Access to Battlefield 4", select it
- Don't select the Exclusive Beta yet! Log back into your account by pressing the Xbox key
- Close the Xbox Guide window by pressing B after you've logged back in and you should still see the Battlefield 4 Exclusive Beta tile, select it now and it should start the download

Yeah same thing happened to me and I am from Australia also! I read up on it on the Battlefield 4 Australia website and it says this:

HOW TO ACCESS THE BETA (XBOX 360)
The Exclusive Battlefield 4 Beta for Xbox 360 can now be accessed through Xbox Live. Navigate to the Games section on the Xbox 360 Dashboard. If you have either BF3 Premium or a Medal of Honor Warfighter - Limited Edition Online Pass, you will see an image for the Battlefield 4 Beta on your Dashboard. Select it and follow the download instructions.

Starting October 4, the Open Battlefield 4 Beta for Xbox 360 will be available for Xbox Live Gold subscribers to download through Xbox Live."

You'll notice it says starting october 4 for Australia and New Zeland, It is around 11am now on october 4 and I am stil having the same problem so I do not know how to fix it

am i doing something wrong i have made sure the file is present, then i log out of my live profile, change the locale to United States but when i navigate to the games tab on the xbox dashboard the 'battlefield 4 beta' acces isnt there what do i need to chage? PLEASE HELP!

For me the tile was on the home page of the dashboard, but now after a great night of bf4 it keeps sayin I have lost connecting with ea servers ☹️ rank as
